- Free shipping within Canada on orders over 350$.
- Free shipping excludes special orders and warranty replacements.

- During sales events, extended lead times may occur as we ( and our suppliers ) work through heavy demand and encounter possible backorders.

- We are not responsible for customs and duty fees outside Canada.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from original purchase.
- Products must be unused with original packaging.
- Original shipping fees (paid or unpaid as part of free or flat rate shipping) are non-refundable.
- Returns of special order items are subject to restocking fees.
- Sezzle orders: 6.5% fees will apply on all Sezzle refunds or cancellations.
- Return & exchange shipping must be paid by customer.
- Customer is responsible for any import fees including duty and brokerage when returning a package with any carrier other than USPS or CanadaPost.
- We offer a warranty of 1 year or more on all of our products.

- Warranty applies to the original owner from the initial date of purchase and is not transferable.
