Overview
Diode Dynamics has partnered with Kuat to deliver the ultimate truck bed rack solution: the IBEX bed rack with integrated Diode Dynamics lighting! Built from lightweight yet durable aluminum, the IBEX truck bed rack is like no other overlanding rack system on the market. Now even better with Diode Dynamics lighting upgrades, this package adds a 3-in-1 SS10 Chase Light for increased visibility on and off the trail, along with the Stage Series Bed Light Kit to make loading your truck after dark much easier.
Adventure Ready. The IBEX bed rack was designed with a static weight capacity of 1,200 pounds and a dynamic weight capacity of 300 pounds, meaning this rack can handle the harshest outdoor conditions and all your adventure gear, on or off the grid. The IBEX bed rack is completely modular, providing full-height and mid-height configurations right out of the box. The adjustable telescopic crossbars and numerous T-channels accommodate a wide array of bespoke accessories, including mounting hardware for Retrax, EGR, and other retractable tonneau covers.
Integrated Chase Light. This package includes an integrated SS10 Chase Light, housed in a custom-designed enclosure that mounts seamlessly to the IBEX. Featuring a programmable yellow chase light with 21 selectable strobing patterns, the SS10 ensures you’re clearly seen by those behind you, no matter the conditions.
SmartTap® Programming allows you to easily cycle through 20 chase patterns using the included magnet tool. Simply power up the chase light, tap the magnet to the bezel, and watch the pattern change until you reach your preferred operating mode. It's as simple as that!
Brake Light Function. The SS10 LED Chase Light also adds a high-power brake light. Use the magnet tool to choose between solid illumination, triple-flash SafetyStrobe mode, or a slower pulsing mode designed for off-road use.
Brighter Backup. Factory reverse bulbs simply don't provide enough light output to back up at night confidently, especially when you’re out on the trail. Using our patented TIR optics and high-power LEDs, the SS10 Chase Light provides an additional reverse light that's several times brighter than stock bulbs alone. If desired, the reverse function can be wired to automatically come on when the vehicle is put in reverse.
Integrated Bed Lighting. For even more functionality, this package also includes our Stage Series Bed Light Kit. This kit mounts four Stage Series LED Rock Lights to the crossbars of the IBEX Bed Rack, providing a massive increase in light output when loading or unloading your truck bed. Included amber lenses allow you to easily switch between cool white and amber output to suit your preference or changing conditions.
Proven Reliability. Stage Series LED lighting has been extensively tested for long-term operation from -40 to 185 degrees F, along with vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion testing. All of these tests are completed to SAE standards, just like factory components. They've also been put to the test on-road by racers and enthusiasts alike.
